This past weekend, Summit Motorsports Park presented the 38th Annual Mr. Gasket Co. Banquet of Champions and Awards. We honored the winners of the Mr. Gasket $50,000 Super Series, the largest and most prestigious cash points fund in sportsman racing. The series included classes such as: Mallory Super Pro, Hays Pro and ACCEL Sportsman, the races being hosted at the spectacular Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio.

This week Mr. Gasket Co. / Prestolite Performance was presented with the 2011 Manufacturer of the Year from Summit Motorsports Park.

American Car Collector named Mr. Gasket/Prestolite Performance a Top Ten Booth at the SEMA Show 2011.

ACCEL Ignition is proud to announce that we were awarded a 2011 Global Media Award at the SEMA show. An esteemed panel of international judges named our ACCEL Super Coil for Ford 5.0L Coyote Engine as one of the best new international products.

It was cloudy, but the rain held off for most of the day. Just before the rain threatened to start, these guys got one last pass in.

Thanks to our Modern Muscle X 2011 Shootout, we were able to see some amazing racing action from the Milan Dragway this past weekend. We also got to see some awesome muscle cars and one of the craziest burnouts that we've ever witnessed. Luckily our camera's were rolling to catch 83 year-old drag strip legend J.W. Kinzer win the burnout competition at the NMCA Muscle Car Nationals. Watch the amazing footage below.
