In 2007, the Mr. Gasket Performance Group posted well over $1 million in contingency sponsorship! We posted across 10 sanctioning organizations including drag racing, circle track, motorcycle drags and tractor pulling. We are strongly committed to our products, and to the racers who win with them.

Mr. Gasket is now part of Prestolite Performance, a newly formed division of Prestolite Wire, LLC. Prestolite Performance doesn’t just post millions in contingency sponsorship - we personally participate in over 25 events annually including IHRA, Goodguys, NSRA, NTPA and Super Chevy races and events. At these events, the Racing Services rig is there to support and service racers and consumers alike, offering help like ignition testing and repair, small parts replacement and product recommendations.

We feel that the consumer putting everything he’s got into his street machine is equally important as the professional racer in the winner’s circle. That’s why we also sponsor numerous regional racing and consumer events at Norwalk Raceway Park including the Quickest Street Car Competition.

Our latest development is a dual ignition system called the Mallory CT-Pro Ignition System. In the ARCA Re/Max Series, it has had three seasons of overwhelming success. With over ½ million laps of use, the Mallory's CT Pro Ignition Systems have provided absolutely flawless performance with ZERO IN-RACE FAILURES, an incredible record in such harsh conditions. The Mallory CT PRO Ignition system is designed to limit engine revs to 8800 RPMs, leveling the playing field for the racers by eliminating the advantage of RPM’s, maintenance and overly expensive engines. It has also eliminated the issue of in-box traction control, a long-standing concern for series everywhere. In terms of smooth distribution, outstanding performance and dedicated at-track technical support, it would be hard to debate that the partnership between Mallory and ARCA has been an overwhelming success. We look forward to many more years of highly competitive racing and outstanding performance from ARCA teams with Mallory Ignitions leading them to victory.

On the heels of Mallory’s success with the ARCA Series, many other sanctioning bodies have taken notice. The ASA Speed Truck Challenge has signed on with Mallory to bring the same level of ignition performance and reliability to their highly competitive racing series. Mallory Racing Division is also working closely with several other major sanctioning bodies.
